At Ugát, we don’t just serve drinks—we craft liquid island stories. Our Mindoro Sling is the crown jewel: a vibrant neon-pink blend of local calamansi, premium rum, a dash of coconut syrup and a secret spice rim. It’s served ice-cold in a tall glass with a twist of lime and a sprig of mint—every sip is a sunset in a glass. Also be sure to try the Beach Bliss, a mellow fusion of white rum, fresh pineapple juice and a hint of basil, and the Coco-Calamansi Cooler, where tangy citrus meets silky coconut water for maximum refreshment.

We’ve elevated the Filipino classic to beach-bar perfection. Our Crispy Pata features succulent pork hock, slow-braised until tender, then deep-fried to golden, crackling perfection. It arrives with three dippables:
Spicy Vinegar Dip – cane vinegar punched up with garlic, chilies and a hint of sugar.
Calamansi-Soy Relish – tangy and savory, with fresh herbs for brightness.

At UgÂT Mindoro, our cold brews are an island-chic twist on your favorite café classics, served ice-cold over layers of creamy milk and vibrant local flavors. The Matcha Latte balances ceremonial-grade green tea with smooth oat milk and a hint of coconut syrup, creating a bright, earthy refresher that feels like a breeze through the palms. Our Ube Latte swirls sweet purple yam puree into velvety milk and rich espresso, delivering a dreamily tropical sip in every glass. The Mocha Latte marries dark-chocolate cold-brew with espresso and milk, finished with a fine cacao dusting—perfect for that post-sunset pick-me-up. We came for the sunset drinks and ended up staying all night. The Mindoro Sling cocktails are dangerous—in the best way! The food was fantastic (try the Crispy Pata!) and the staff made us feel like old friends. The vibe is relaxed but still lively. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Puerto Galera.
